To qualify for a return or exchange:

• You have 7 business days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.
• We can't accept opened or used items, underwear, swimwear, home fragrances, scent essences or personalized pieces.
• Exchanges don't come with a refund: you can swap for something of equal or lower price, and any difference stays with you as store credit.
• La Casa Gallery pays return or exchange shipping once we've verified your details and your order.

How to start a return or exchange:

• Email contact@lacasagallery.com with your order number, the name on your account and the items you want to return.
• Once we've verified your details, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

• Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the return requirements, we'll contact you to start your refund.

A sweet way to say "I thought of you" — to celebrate something, say thank you, spoil someone or just because. The best gifts aren't always the biggest. They're the ones that turn an ordinary moment into a good one.

How to use it

1. Place one wax melt on top of the burner.
2. Light a tea candle and set it inside the burner.
3. Let the heat slowly melt the wax and release its scent.
4. To stop, blow out the tea candle and let the wax cool completely.
5. To switch scents, let the wax cool, then lift it out of the burner carefully.

Tips

• You can reuse the wax for as long as it still smells. Once the scent fades, remove it when it's cool and add a new wax melt.
• Never leave a lit candle unattended. Keep the burner on a stable surface, away from anything flammable.
