Un momento de pausa antes de volver a avanzar

The Step Back Isn't the Setback

Right now, I need to step back and look at my life from somewhere else — a different angle, a different room.

We spend our whole lives believing that constant forward motion is the right answer. But we forget something: we're human. We don't see or feel anything in black and white.

You can't expect the same results as someone else, on the same timeline, with the same ease. Some people take longer. That's fine — it's part of the road, and part of what you learn on it.

A quiet scene about slowing down and breathing

Lately I've had this enormous urge to slow down. To breathe. To stop worrying quite so much. All this running forward is wearing me out, and I think once I've rested, I'll be able to pick up speed again.

Think about a rubber band. A bow. A wave right before it breaks. All of them pull back first, gathering enough force to move.

Maybe we work the same way.

And maybe stepping back isn't defeat, but the way life helps us get our energy back — our clarity, our direction.

So that's where I am. Taking a small step back, breathing, reconnecting.
